How to use the sheet

  1. Look at the dark model letter in the first box of each row.
  2. Trace the light gray letters, following the stroke order: top to bottom, left to right.
  3. Write the letter on your own in the empty boxes. Say it out loud as you write.

Stroke order basics

Korean strokes go from top to bottom and from left to right. In ㅇ, start at the top and draw counter-clockwise. In a syllable block, write the parts in reading order: initial consonant, vowel, then final consonant.

FAQ

Can I use these sheets in my class?

Yes. You may print and hand them out for personal or classroom use. Please do not sell them.

Which font should I choose?

Sans is closer to everyday print and phone screens. Serif (myeongjo) shows brush-style stroke endings, which helps you see stroke direction.
